Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Gen.G and KT Rolster in the LCK Rounds 1-2, initially scheduled for April 3 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Gen.G" if Gen.G win the match against KT Rolster. This market will resolve to "KT Rolster" if KT Rolster win the match against Gen.G. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Kalshi and Polymarket use fundamentally incompatible resolution scopes and logic. Kalshi resolves on Map 2 outcomes only (binary: KT wins Map 2 OR Gen.G wins Map 2 = YES), while Polymarket resolves on series-level game handicaps (Gen.G -1.5 or KT -1.5) and includes multiple game-level markets. The two platforms are measuring entirely different events and cannot produce aligned outcomes.

Hero Tip:

Do NOT assume Kalshi and Polymarket markets on this event group will settle identically. Kalshi's Map 2 binary is a subset of Polymarket's full series and game-level markets. If you trade on both platforms, you are exposed to basis risk: Kalshi may resolve YES while Polymarket's series handicap resolves differently. Verify which platform's scope matches your actual prediction before committing capital.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Kalshi: Outlier: Kalshi defines the entire event group as a single binary on Map 2 outcome only. The market resolves YES if either KT Rolster wins Map 2 OR Gen.G wins Map 2 in the LCK 2026 match scheduled for Apr 3, 2026 at 4:00 AM EDT. This is a Map-level resolution, not a series-level or game-level resolution. Quote: 'If KT Rolster wins map 2 in the LCK 2026: KT Rolster vs. Gen.G League of Legends match originally scheduled for Apr 3, 2026 at 4:00 AM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes. If Gen.G wins map 2 in the LCK 2026: KT Rolster vs. Gen.G League of Legends match originally scheduled for Apr 3, 2026 at 4:00 AM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes.'
  • Polymarket: Outlier: Polymarket defines the event group as a full Best-of-3 series with 26 distinct markets covering series handicaps (Gen.G -1.5 and KT -1.5), individual game winners (Game 1, Game 2, Game 3), in-game objectives (Baron, Dragons, Inhibitors, Penta/Quadra Kills, First Blood), kill totals (O/U across 19 thresholds per game), and series length (O/U 2.5 games). Each market resolves independently based on game-level or series-level data from gol.gg. Quote: 'This market refers to the LoL match between Gen.G and KT Rolster in the LCK Rounds 1-2, initially scheduled for April 3 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to Gen.G if Gen.G wins 2 or more games than KT Rolster in this match.'
