The market resolves on Jun 26, 2026, after the Ecuador versus Germany match concludes. Resolution is determined by the total number of corner kicks awarded during the full 90 minutes plus any official stoppage time. The outcome is binary: if the combined corner count reaches 11 or higher, the affirmative resolves to yes; if the total is 10 or fewer, it resolves to no. Official match records and corner statistics from the governing body determine the final tally.
Key catalysts include confirmed team lineups and injury news, which affect playing style and defensive solidity. Referee assignment can shift expectations, as different officials have varying corner-calling tendencies. Recent form and head-to-head history may influence trader views on match intensity and attacking approach. Weather conditions closer to kickoff—wind, rain, or pitch state—can impact corner frequency. Late tactical adjustments or surprise squad changes announced before the match could also trigger significant repricing as traders reassess the likelihood of reaching 11 combined corners.
