  • In-game statistics (kills, Roshan, barracks, Ultra Kills, Rampages, day/night timing, first blood) resolve based on events that occur during the game; if game is not completed, only events prior to stoppage are counted; if game is never played due to forfeit/disqualification/walkover, resolves to 50-50; if game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only.
  • Day/night cycle timing is determined by the base in-game clock (daytime: 0:00-5:00, 10:00-15:00, 20:00-25:00, etc.; nighttime: 5:00-10:00, 15:00-20:00, 25:00-30:00, etc.); temporary nighttime effects from hero abilities do not affect resolution.
  • First blood resolves to the team that secures the first kill in that game; if first blood does not occur before game completion or stoppage, resolves to 50-50.

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Match Canceled or Not Played: If the match is canceled (not played at all) or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without play beginning, all markets resolve to 50-50.
  • Match Begins But Not Completed with Forfeit: If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins due to opponent forfeiture/disqualification/walkover: match outcome resolves to the winning team; Games Total and Handicap markets resolve to 50-50; individual game markets resolve based on completed games only; in-game statistics resolve based on events prior to stoppage.
  • Clinching Game Forfeiture: If the match ends due to the clinching game being forfeited, this counts as a completed match for Games Total and Handicap purposes.
  • Game Remake: If any game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only; prior events in the original game do not count.
  • Incomplete In-Game Statistics: If a game begins but is not completed and ends via forfeit, in-game statistics (kills, Roshan, barracks, Ultra Kills, Rampages, first blood) resolve based on whether the condition was met prior to stoppage; if the condition was not met, the market resolves to No (or 50-50 for first blood if no first blood occurred).
Timing: Resolution occurs within 2 hours after the match concludes (all games completed or match ends via forfeit/disqualification). If Dotabuff does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting is used.
