Description

This market refers to the Counter-Strike Upper bracket round 1 match between G2 Ares and Donstu Esports in the ESL Challenger League Europe Cup #4 Playoffs, initially scheduled for April 22 at 1:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "G2 Ares" if G2 Ares win the match against Donstu Esports. This market will resolve to "Donstu Esports" if Donstu Esports win the match against G2 Ares. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All platforms (Kalshi and Polymarket) apply consistent resolution logic based on official HLTV.org results, with identical fallback procedures for incomplete matches, cancellations, delays beyond 7 days, and forfeits/walkovers.

Primary resolution logic:

Official information from https://hltv.org; if results not published within 2 hours of event conclusion, consensus of credible reporting including video evidence may be used.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match winner resolves to the team that wins the best-of-3 series (first to 2 maps).
  • Individual map winners resolve based on which team wins that specific map.
  • Odd/Even kills markets resolve based on total combined kills by both teams in the specified map, excluding team kills and self-inflicted deaths.
  • Odd/Even rounds markets resolve based on total combined rounds won by both teams in the specified map, including overtime rounds if applicable.
  • Games Total O/U 2.5 resolves to Over if 3 or more maps are played, Under if fewer than 3 maps are played.
  • Map Handicap resolves to Donstu Esports if they win 2 or more maps than G2 Ares; otherwise resolves to G2 Ares.
  • If a map is not played due to series clinch, forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, that map's markets resolve 50-50.
  • If the entire match is canceled, delayed beyond 7 days without play beginning, or ends in a tie, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • If a match begins but is not completed, and one team wins by opponent forfeiture/disqualification/walkover, the match winner resolves to the winning team, but individual map markets resolve 50-50 unless that specific map was completed.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official HLTV.org publication of results or within 2 hours after event conclusion via credible reporting consensus. Match is scheduled for April 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT; any delay beyond 7 days from this date without play beginning triggers 50-50 resolution.
