The outcome hinges on whether the combined runs in the fifth inning of the Chicago WS versus Kansas City game exceed half a run. Scoring from other innings does not affect this determination.

Kalshi

The market resolves to Yes if Chicago WS and Kansas City collectively score more than 0.5 runs in the 5th inning of the specified game. If more than 1.5 runs are scored, the market also resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 5th inning count; if the game is called before completion of the inning, the market resolves to a Fair Price.
