Description

This market refers to the Call of Duty match between Toronto KOI and Riyadh Falcons in the Call of Duty League Stage 3 Major Qualifiers Qualifiers, initially scheduled for April 18 at 4:30PM ET. This market will resolve to "Toronto KOI" if Toronto KOI win the match against Riyadh Falcons. This market will resolve to "Riyadh Falcons" if Riyadh Falcons win the match against Toronto KOI. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/callofduty/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/callofduty/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Kalshi resolve based on the actual match outcome between Toronto KOI and Riyadh Falcons in the Call of Duty League Stage 3 Major Qualifiers, with consistent treatment of cancellations, delays beyond 7 days, and incomplete matches.

Primary resolution logic:

https://liquipedia.net/callofduty/Main_Page (official Call of Duty League results), with fallback to credible reporting and video evidence if Liquipedia does not publish within 2 hours of event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match Winner (Polymarket Q1, Kalshi): Resolves to the team that wins the best-of-5 series. If Toronto KOI wins, Polymarket Q1 resolves to Toronto KOI and Kalshi resolves Yes. If Riyadh Falcons wins, Polymarket Q1 resolves to Riyadh Falcons and Kalshi resolves Yes.
  • Individual Game Winners (Polymarket Q4, Q8, Q12, Q18): Each resolves to the team that wins the specified game (1-4), provided that game is completed with a winner determined.
  • Games Total Over/Under (Polymarket Q6, Q10): O/U 3.5 resolves Over if 4+ games played, Under if fewer. O/U 4.5 resolves Over if 5+ games played, Under if fewer. Games won by forfeit, disqualification, or walkover count toward the total if the match is completed.
  • Game Handicap (Polymarket Q14, Q16): TOR (-1.5) resolves to Toronto KOI if they win 2+ more games than Riyadh Falcons; otherwise resolves to Riyadh Falcons. TOR (-2.5) resolves to Toronto KOI if they win 3+ more games; otherwise resolves to Riyadh Falcons.
  • Cancellation or Delay Beyond 7 Days: All markets resolve 50-50 if the match is canceled, not played at all, or delayed beyond 7 days from April 18, 2026 without a winner determined.
  • Incomplete Match with Forfeit/Disqualification: If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins by opponent forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover before the clinching game, match winner and handicap markets resolve 50-50. Individual game markets resolve 50-50 if that specific game is not completed. If the clinching game itself is forfeited, the match is treated as completed and resolves to the team that clinched.
  • Team Name Matching: Minor discrepancies in team names (abbreviations, sponsor tags, regional identifiers, formatting differences) are treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Clinching Game Forfeiture: If the match-clinching game (e.g., Game 5 in a 3-1 series lead) is forfeited by one team, the match is treated as completed and resolves to the team that clinched. This counts toward games total and handicap calculations.
  • Incomplete Match Before Clinch: If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins by opponent forfeiture before clinching (e.g., opponent walks out at 2-1), match winner and handicap markets resolve 50-50, but individual game markets resolve based on completed games only.
  • 7-Day Delay Threshold: If the match is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled April 18, 2026 4:30 PM ET date without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50, regardless of whether play has begun.
  • Liquipedia Publication Delay: If Liquipedia does not publish final results within 2 hours of event conclusion, resolution may rely on consensus of credible reporting and video evidence instead.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication of match results on Liquipedia within 2 hours of event conclusion, or upon consensus credible reporting if Liquipedia is delayed. All markets settle based on the actual match outcome as of the event's completion.
