In the event of a tie for the lead among any number of participants, payouts are adjusted proportionally: the 'Yes' payout is calculated as $1 divided by the number of tied participants (rounded down to the nearest cent), while the 'No' payout equals $1 minus the 'Yes' payout. If any golfer withdraws before the round begins, all markets resolve to fair market value. The event operates independently of official PGA affiliations, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
