On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome of the Oleksandr boxing match. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a growing belief in its likelihood. Conversely, selling pressure decreases the price. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective wisdom of the crowd.
This market resolves around Sep 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result declared by the relevant boxing authorities. The boxer declared the winner by the official decision will determine the winning outcome in this market. Any disputes or challenges to the official result will be considered only if they lead to a formal revision of the outcome by the governing boxing organization.
Several factors could significantly influence this market leading up to the fight. News regarding either boxer’s training, injuries, or changes in their coaching staff would likely cause price movements. Public statements from the boxers themselves, or analysis from boxing experts, could also shift sentiment. Unexpected developments in the lead-up, such as changes to the fight location or rules, could also impact trading activity. Any significant information that alters perceptions of each boxer’s chances of winning will be reflected in the market price.
