On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its corresponding shares will rise. Conversely, if traders become less confident, the price will fall. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date collective assessment of the event’s probability.
This market resolves around Sep 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Zhyrnov vs. Habrelyan match, as determined by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders will then be paid out according to their holdings in the winning outcome, or their shares will expire worthless if their predicted outcome does not occur.
Several signals or events could significantly influence this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or unexpected performance in preceding matches could shift trader sentiment. Publicly released analysis from sports experts, or even significant betting activity in traditional sportsbooks, could also impact the market. Furthermore, major upsets in related matches or broader tournament dynamics could influence how traders assess the probabilities of different outcomes in the Zhyrnov vs. Habrelyan match, leading to price fluctuations.
