This market resolves around Aug 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the officially recognized match outcome — who wins between the two players — and will be automatically settled by Polymarket once authoritative sources confirm the final score. No additional interpretation is needed beyond the publicly recorded result, ensuring a clear and transparent resolution process.
Injuries, weather delays, or last-minute player withdrawals could dramatically shift this market as the match nears. Updates from official tournament announcements, media reports, or social media posts from the athletes or their teams may also sway odds. Betting volume spikes following these signals often precede price swings. Additionally, any change in tournament conditions — such as surface type or scheduling — might alter perceptions of each player’s advantage, moving the market toward one outcome or the other before Aug 18, 2026.
