If the Tokyo Yakult Swallows win, the market will resolve to "Tokyo Yakult Swallows". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, or ends in a tie, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source will be official information from the NPB. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

The event determines the winner of a Japan NPB baseball game scheduled for August 4, 2026, between the Yomiuri Giants and Hiroshima Toyo Carp. If the Yomiuri Giants win the game as originally scheduled at 5:00 AM EDT, their market resolves to Yes, and the Hiroshima Toyo Carp’s market resolves to No, and vice versa for a Hiroshima Toyo Carp victory. Should the game be postponed or delayed but rescheduled within two days, the markets remain open until the conclusion of the rescheduled game. If the game is cancelled or rescheduled to more than two days beyond the original date, the markets resolve to a fair price. If the game ends in a tie, both markets resolve at a 50/50 split. Kalshi explicitly states it holds no official affiliation with the Governing League, and all trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.
