This market measures the game differential between Yannick Hanfmann and Adolfo Daniel Vallejo in their professional tennis match at the 2026 ATP Mallorca Round of 32 on June 21. Bettors wager on whether one player will win by a specified margin in total games across the full match.
The event resolves based on the game differential between the two players across the full match in the 2026 ATP Mallorca Round of 32. The differential is calculated as the total games won by one player minus the total games won by the opponent. If the match does not occur before play begins due to injury, walkover, forfeiture, or cancellation, the market resolves to a fair price. If postponed or delayed, the market remains open and closes after the rescheduled match concludes within two weeks. If a player retires, markets that can be unconditionally settled based on completed play will resolve accordingly; those that cannot be unconditionally determined will resolve to Fair Market Price at the Exchange's discretion.
Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and protect their margin, while prediction markets aggregate beliefs from traders risking real capital on outcomes. This market may price the spread differently than traditional sportsbooks, offering an alternative view of the matchup's likely result. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus differs and highlight potential value opportunities.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders submit bids and asks for shares representing each possible outcome. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the collective confidence of active traders, with higher prices indicating stronger belief in that result. As new information surfaces or sentiment shifts, traders adjust their positions, causing the odds to move in real time. This dynamic pricing ensures the market stays responsive to changing conditions throughout the trading period.
This market resolves around Jun 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The spread result will be determined by the final score and the margin of victory, measured against the specified line. Once the match concludes and the result is official, the market will settle based on whether the actual spread matches the predicted outcome. Traders holding the winning side will receive their payout automatically.
Several factors could shift odds before this market closes. Injury updates or player fitness reports may alter expectations about performance. Recent form, head-to-head records, and surface conditions can influence trader sentiment. Court announcements, weather forecasts, or scheduling changes might also trigger repricing. Major upsets in related tournaments or shifts in player rankings could sway confidence in the spread. As the match date approaches, late-breaking news and final odds from sportsbooks often prompt traders to adjust positions, creating volatility in the final hours.
