Winter Games 2026: Will USA or Norway earn more medals?

This market will resolve to "USA" if the United States of America records more medals at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics than Norway. Otherwise this market will resolve to "Norway". This market will resolve based on the official medal table as it stands immediately after medals are awarded for the final event of the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics. Subsequent disqualifications, reallocations, or other changes to medal counts will not be considered. If the United States of America and Norway tie on total medal count this market will resolve to the country that records more gold medals. If the the United States of America and Norway tie on total medal count and record the same number of gold medals this market will resolve to "USA". If the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics are partially completed and then cancelled or postponed after March 8, 2026 ET, this market will resolve based on medals awarded in completed events. If the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics are entirely cancelled or postponed after March 8, 2026 ET, this market will resolve to "USA". The primary resolution source will be official information from the International Olympic Committee (https://www.olympics.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
