On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders manually place bets that directly set the market’s odds, with prices adjusting based on the ratio of ‘for’ and ‘against’ positions. The top outcome’s implied probability reflects the current balance of bets, and any shifts in trader confidence or new information about player form can quickly change these odds. Volume and open interest also play a role in stabilizing prices as the event nears.
This market resolves around Sep 2, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match outcome, which is then automatically matched to the market’s predefined conditions. Traders can monitor reputable sports news sources or tournament officials for confirmed results once the match concludes.
Injuries, lineup changes, or weather delays could significantly shift this market as the event approaches. Media coverage highlighting recent practice performances or strategic adjustments by either team may also influence trader sentiment. Additionally, any last-minute updates regarding player availability or court conditions have the potential to cause rapid price movements on Polymarket before the match begins.
