Polymarket and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform operates its own order book and attracts different trader demographics, funding levels, and risk appetites. Polymarket and Limitless may have different liquidity depths, fee structures, and user bases, causing temporary price gaps. Arbitrage traders typically exploit these spreads, but friction—withdrawal delays, platform fees, or regulatory constraints—can prevent instant convergence. Additionally, each platform may weight recent trades differently or experience volume surges at different times. These natural divergences usually narrow as traders notice and trade across both venues, but they persist long enough to create real opportunities for alert participants.
Several factors may shift odds before the match begins. Recent form and head-to-head records between the two players often trigger repricing as traders digest updated statistics. Injury reports, withdrawal announcements, or court surface conditions can swing sentiment sharply. Draw positioning and seeding strength may influence perceived difficulty. Closer to match time, warm-up tournament results, player statements, or betting action from professional syndicates can accelerate moves. Live trading during the match itself—early breaks, momentum shifts, or injury timeouts—will drive rapid repricing. Monitor tennis news feeds and platform activity closely to stay ahead of these catalysts.
