On Polymarket and Limitless, identical outcomes can trade at different prices due to variations in liquidity, user base composition, and fee structures. Polymarket and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts traders with different risk tolerances and information sets, so one may price the match outcome higher or lower based on who is actively trading. Smaller liquidity pools amplify these gaps, and arbitrage opportunities emerge when the spread widens, incentivizing traders to balance prices across venues.
Key catalysts include player injury reports, recent form and head-to-head records, court conditions, and betting activity from informed traders. News about either player's fitness, coaching changes, or performance in earlier rounds will shift prices as new information arrives. Major upsets in the tournament bracket or unexpected withdrawals can also trigger sharp repricing. Close matches in earlier rounds may signal momentum, prompting traders to adjust their odds before this matchup takes place.
