Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Polymarket and Predict operate with distinct user bases, fee structures, and liquidity profiles. Polymarket may attract larger institutional traders or benefit from deeper order books in certain outcomes, while Predict might see different retail participation or regional interest. Gas fees, platform UI, and promotional incentives also influence where traders concentrate capital. Minor price gaps often close quickly as arbitrageurs exploit them; larger divergences typically signal genuine disagreement about match fundamentals or temporary liquidity imbalances. Monitoring both platforms helps you spot when one is mispricing relative to the other.
