Description

This market will resolve to "YES" if Mirage is played more times at IEM Cologne Major 2026 Stage 1 than every other map listed on HLTV.org’s map statistics for this event after Stage 1 concludes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." Note: If Mirage is tied with any other map for the most times played, this market will resolve to "NO." Primary resolution source: HLTV.org map statistics page: https://www.hltv.org/stats/maps?event=9028 If the HLTV map statistics page is not available by June 15, 2026, 23:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "NO." If IEM Cologne Major 2026 Stage 1 starts and then is canceled, or postponed/rescheduled to a restart date later than June 15, 2026, this market will resolve based on HLTV.org information available at the time of cancellation/postponement.

Frequently asked questions

The dashboard on Limitless tracks real-time odds and historical price movements for this esports event. You can monitor the current implied probability that Mirage will be the most-played map during Stage 1, along with 24-hour trading volume and order-book depth. The interface displays how odds have shifted over time, helping you identify trends and sentiment changes among traders. Historical snapshots let you compare current pricing to past levels, giving context for your prediction decisions.

Prediction markets like Limitless often price esports map outcomes differently than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically offer limited esports betting and may focus on match winners rather than granular in-game metrics like map selection frequency. Prediction markets aggregate trader belief in real time and can reflect niche community knowledge about map pools and team preferences. Comparing Limitless odds to available sportsbook lines—if they exist for this specific prop—can reveal where smart money is positioning ahead of Stage 1.

On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Limitless prices this outcome through continuous order-book matching, where traders buy and sell shares representing yes or no positions. The current price reflects the collective expectation of whether Mirage will lead map-play frequency during Stage 1. As new information emerges—team roster changes, meta shifts, or practice-round data—traders adjust bids and asks, moving the price up or down. The spread between buy and sell prices indicates liquidity and conviction in the market.

This market resolves on Jun 5, 2026. Resolution hinges on official Stage 1 match data: which map was selected and played most frequently across all scheduled games during the stage. The outcome is determined by counting total map selections or play instances and identifying the map with the highest frequency. Once Stage 1 concludes and results are finalized, the market settles based on that authoritative record.

Map bans, team strategy announcements, and meta patches can shift trader expectations. If a dominant team signals they will avoid or prioritize Mirage, odds may swing. Roster changes or coaching updates affecting map pool confidence matter too. Practice-round results and scrimmage outcomes leak information about team comfort on Mirage versus alternatives. Tournament format changes or map pool updates from the esports organizer would be major catalysts. Early Stage 1 matches themselves provide real data, causing repricing as the stage progresses.
