This market will resolve according to the name of the listed Twitch streamer ranked #1 by Hours Watched on the TwitchTracker "Most watched channels" leaderboard, which ranks channels by total hours watched over the last 30 days, at 12:00 PM ET on July 31, 2026. If two or more streamers display the same Hours Watched figure, the market will resolve in favor of the streamer listed higher (appearing above the other) on the leaderboard. If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable or if the relevant data is not available by August 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the TwitchTracker most-watched channels (hours watched) leaderboard (https://twitchtracker.com/channels/hours-watched).

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst forecasts because they reflect real-money incentives rather than editorial opinion. While media analysts may rely on historical streaming data, subscriber counts, or content trends, this market prices in live trader behavior and collective intelligence. Analysts typically publish periodic reports on top Twitch creators, but those snapshots don't update continuously or account for sudden shifts in viewer attention. Comparing current odds here to published analyst rankings can reveal whether the market is pricing in recent momentum changes or upcoming content events that traditional forecasters may have missed.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds for each streamer by buying and selling shares, with the price of each share reflecting the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Shares that trade higher indicate stronger market confidence in a particular streamer finishing as the most-watched in July. You can enter or exit positions at any time before the market closes, and your profit or loss depends on the final resolution price relative to your entry point. The continuous order book ensures transparent pricing and allows you to see real-time bid-ask spreads for every eligible outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 31, 2026, once July concludes and viewership data becomes verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be determined by identifying which streamer accumulated the highest total watch hours or viewer count across the entire month, based on official Twitch metrics or widely recognized third-party tracking services. Resolution typically occurs within days of the month's end, pending confirmation of final figures. Once the data is locked in and verified, the market will settle and payouts will be distributed to holders of the winning outcome.
Major streaming events, game releases, and content announcements can shift odds significantly. If a top streamer launches a new series, hosts a high-profile tournament, or takes an extended break, market prices will adjust to reflect changed viewership expectations. Seasonal trends—such as esports playoffs or new platform features—also influence trading. Competitor activity matters too; if a rival streamer gains momentum or loses audience, capital may flow to or away from other outcomes. Real-time viewership reports and mid-month trending data often trigger repricing as traders update their forecasts based on early July performance.
