Various athletes, entertainers, and public figures may be officially announced as contestants for an upcoming season of a major television dance competition show, with announcements expected before early October 2026.

Each outcome resolves to Yes if the corresponding individual is either officially announced as a contestant or appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as an official contestant in Dancing with the Stars Season 35 before October 1, 2026. Official announcement alone is sufficient for resolution, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs. If the show is cancelled after an official announcement, that outcome still resolves to Yes. Multiple people may be announced for the same contestant role (e.g., alternating cast or dual casting), and if the specified individual is among them, the outcome resolves to Yes. An outcome resolves to No if the show completes its run without the individual being announced or performing, or if another person is officially announced as the sole exclusive performer for that role.
