The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. Postgame stat corrections performed by the NFL are not relevant to the resolution of these markets.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from initial sportsbook lines which may be influenced by factors like public perception or house biases. Sportsbooks set their odds to balance action and ensure profit, while this market is driven by individuals wagering their own capital. Over time, prediction market prices tend to become more accurate forecasts of the actual outcome, especially as more information becomes available and trading volume increases. It’s common to see this market diverge from initial sportsbook offerings, particularly for less conventional outcomes.
This market resolves around Sep 28, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on whether a player actually scored a touchdown during Week 3 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season, as officially recorded by the NFL. The official NFL game statistics will be used to determine which players scored touchdowns and therefore the winning outcome in this market. Any scoring plays that are later overturned by officials will not be counted towards resolution.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. News regarding player injuries, changes in team offensive strategies, or even weather forecasts could all influence trading activity. A key player being ruled out with an injury would likely shift odds towards other potential touchdown scorers. Unexpected positive or negative news about a player's performance or role within the offense could also cause substantial price movements. Furthermore, any significant shifts in public perception or expert analysis regarding player scoring opportunities could also drive changes in this market.
