Only runs scored during the 9th inning are considered. If the game is called before the 9th inning is completed, the market resolves to a Fair Price. The outcome is based solely on runs scored in the specified inning, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
