If Detroit scores more runs than Washington, the 'Detroit wins 7th inning' market resolves Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 7th inning' market resolves Yes. If the game is called before the 7th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 7th inning count; all other innings are irrelevant.
