If Washington State scores more points, the 'Washington St. wins 3rd Quarter' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of points, the 'Tie 3rd Quarter' market resolves to Yes. For all markets, only points scored during the third quarter count toward resolution. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of its original time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the official result. If the game does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
