PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Kalshi and Polymarket both resolve based on the official match outcome within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on March 26, 2026, using FIFA.com or official governing body statistics as the primary source.

Primary resolution logic:

Official FIFA statistics and governing body records (fifa.com), with fallback to credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Market resolves based on the match outcome after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time (excluding extra time and penalties).
  • Three mutually exclusive outcomes are possible: Wales wins (YES on Polymarket Wales market, YES on Kalshi), Bosnia and Herzegovina wins (YES on Polymarket Bosnia market, YES on Kalshi), or Draw (YES on Polymarket Draw market, YES on Kalshi).
  • If the match is postponed, markets remain open until the match is completed and resolved according to the same logic.
  • If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Polymarket Wales and Bosnia markets resolve NO, and the Draw market resolves YES; Kalshi resolves YES for all outcomes (as all three outcomes are covered by its three markets).

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Match Postponement: If the match scheduled for March 26, 2026 is postponed, both platforms keep markets open until the match is completed and resolved according to standard logic.
  • Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Polymarket resolves Wales and Bosnia markets to NO and the Draw market to YES. Kalshi's three markets collectively cover all outcomes, so at least one resolves YES.
  • Resolution Source Timing: Primary resolution uses official FIFA.com statistics. If official statistics are unavailable within 2 hours of match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used as fallback.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official match completion and publication of final statistics by FIFA or the governing body, or within 2 hours thereafter if official statistics are delayed.
