Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market relies on the collective wisdom of traders. If a large number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely, the odds will shift accordingly, potentially diverging from sportsbook lines. This can happen due to differing information or simply varying interpretations of the same data. It's common to see prediction markets outperform sportsbooks in accuracy, as they aggregate diverse viewpoints.
