Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of bettors, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market’s odds are driven by real-money wagers. This can lead to discrepancies, as prediction markets may incorporate information not fully captured by sportsbook algorithms, or react more quickly to breaking news and changing circumstances. It's possible to find value by comparing the probabilities implied by both sources.
