On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher implied probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to the estimated chance of that outcome occurring. Volume plays a role, as higher volume generally indicates greater confidence and price stability. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective judgment of all participants.
This market resolves around Sep 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Le Neubourg tennis match between Anastasiia Firman and Gyeong Seo Lee. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine the winning player. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment. Several factors could influence the trading activity and price movement in this market. Any news regarding the players’ form, potential injuries, or changes in playing conditions could significantly impact the odds. Unexpected upsets in other matches leading up to the event might also shift perceptions of player momentum. Public sentiment, as reflected in social media or expert analysis, could also play a role, although the market ultimately relies on traders’ actions. A surge in volume right before Sep 21, 2026 would also be a key signal to watch, potentially indicating new information or a shift in confidence.
