This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. As a result, prediction markets can sometimes provide more accurate probabilities, especially when there’s disagreement with initial sportsbook lines. It’s common to see differences in implied probabilities, reflecting varying levels of information and analysis incorporated by each group.
