Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, and can sometimes differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on models and risk management, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. Often, prediction markets can provide an early indication of where the 'true' probability of an event lies, as they are less susceptible to biases or limitations inherent in sportsbook algorithms. It’s important to compare the implied probabilities to see if there’s a significant difference.
