Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbook odds are typically set by a small team of experts, while this market aggregates opinions from many individuals. It's common to see discrepancies between the two, especially before a significant amount of trading occurs. Analyzing these differences can be valuable, as prediction markets can sometimes identify mispriced outcomes compared to initial sportsbook offerings. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities, and neither guarantees the actual result.

The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring.
