Typically, prediction market odds offer a distinct perspective compared to traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, designed to ensure profit, while this market aims to reflect the true probability as assessed by traders. If a significant difference emerges between this market and sportsbook odds, it could indicate disagreement about the players' relative strengths, potential upsets, or other factors influencing the match. It’s also common to see prediction markets move faster than sportsbooks to incorporate new information.
