Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines to balance action and ensure profit, factoring in a 'vig' or commission. This market, however, is driven purely by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. While sportsbooks may initially have different odds, they often adjust as more information becomes available and betting patterns emerge, potentially converging with the prediction market's assessment over time. It's valuable to compare both to gain a more comprehensive understanding of potential outcomes.
