Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to profit from margins, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. If there’s a significant discrepancy, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by betting on both platforms. However, it's important to note that prediction market odds can be more sensitive to new information and shifts in public opinion than sportsbook odds, potentially leading to faster adjustments.
