Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially differing from those set by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically set odds based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market incorporates a broader range of information and perspectives. It's common to see discrepancies, particularly in events where there's a lot of uncertainty or subjective factors at play. These differences can present opportunities for arbitrage or indicate where the crowd believes sportsbooks may have mispriced the probability of an outcome.
