On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds through their bets, which determines the current implied probability for each outcome. The top outcome’s chance is reflected in a percentage that adjusts with every new trade, balancing buy and sell sides. This decentralized pricing mechanism means the market price can shift quickly in response to news, analyst updates, or shifts in trader confidence.
