On Polymarket, this market reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction market odds adjust continuously based on real-time trading activity and can diverge from sportsbook odds due to different participant dynamics and information inputs. While sportsbooks may incorporate additional factors or adjustments, this market provides a pure crowd-sourced probability estimate. Traders often monitor both to spot potential discrepancies, though this market remains focused on the collective wisdom of its users rather than institutional sportsbook pricing models.
