On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous exchange mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different outcomes. The price of each share reflects the market's collective assessment of the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more trades occur, the price adjusts to reflect new information and changing sentiment. The market depth, or the number of shares available at different price points, also influences the price discovery process. Traders aim to profit by accurately predicting the outcome and capitalizing on price discrepancies.
This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Vasyl vs. Dmytro match as reported by recognized sports authorities. The platform will verify the outcome against these sources to determine which outcome will be declared the winner. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in losing outcomes will forfeit their investment. The exact payout amount will depend on the final market price.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Sep 13, 2026. Any news regarding the athletes’ form, injuries, or changes in training regimes could significantly impact trading activity. Unexpected announcements about the match location or rules might also cause shifts in sentiment. Public opinion, as reflected in polls or expert analyses, could also play a role, though the market isn’t directly tied to these. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived probability of either athlete winning will likely lead to price movements in this market.
