In the upcoming Serie A game between Venezia FC and SS Lazio, scheduled for September 19, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Venezia FC vs. SS Lazio match originally scheduled for September 19, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact first-half scores, and the price of each share reflects the probability of that score occurring. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to find an equilibrium point where buyers and sellers agree. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is determined solely by supply and demand, meaning that if many traders believe a specific score is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing allows for a real-time assessment of probabilities.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score at halftime of the Venezia FC versus SS Lazio match will determine the winning outcome. The result will be sourced from official match data and widely available sports news outlets. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score at halftime will be entitled to a payout based on the market’s pricing at the time of resolution. No further action is required from traders once the event concludes.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Late-breaking news regarding injuries to key players on either Venezia FC or SS Lazio would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in weather conditions, such as heavy rain or strong winds, could also impact the expected style of play and therefore the probabilities of different scores. Even pre-match analysis from reputable sports commentators or unexpected lineup announcements could trigger movement. Any information that alters perceptions of the teams’ relative strengths or tactical approaches has the potential to move this market.
