This market will resolve according to the final group stage record of the listed team during VCT EMEA 2026 Stage 2. If the listed team records more than the listed number of wins, the corresponding market will resolve to its corresponding "Over". Otherwise, it will resolve to its corresponding "Under". If at any point it becomes statistically impossible for the listed team to record more than the listed number of wins per the rules of VCT EMEA 2026 Stage 2 Group Stage, the corresponding market will resolve to its corresponding "Under". If VCT EMEA 2026 Stage 2 group stage is cancelled, partially completed, or postponed after August 16, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, these markets will resolve to "50-50". The resolution source will be official information from VLR.gg (https://www.vlr.gg); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Prediction market odds on Polymarket often diverge from traditional sportsbook lines because they aggregate real-time trader sentiment rather than relying solely on oddsmakers' models. Sportsbooks typically adjust odds to balance action and manage liability, while prediction markets reflect continuous consensus from participants actively buying and selling positions. For VCT EMEA Stage 2 outcomes, prediction market prices may move faster in response to roster changes, player form, or recent match results, sometimes offering different value than static sportsbook offerings.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different win-total outcomes. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the collective probability assigned by active traders, with spreads tightening as volume increases and widening during low-activity periods. Traders profit by correctly predicting team performance, and the market price continuously adjusts based on new information, match results, and shifting expectations about stage outcomes.
Key catalysts for this market include individual match results, roster changes or player substitutions, injury announcements, and team performance trends throughout the stage. Unexpected upsets or dominant performances can shift trader expectations about a team's total wins significantly. Meta shifts in Valorant gameplay, coaching changes, or public statements from team management may also influence sentiment. Additionally, head-to-head matchups between top contenders and playoff implications can drive sharp trading activity as the stage progresses toward its conclusion.
