Often, prediction market odds can differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. This is because prediction markets aggregate the wisdom of the crowd, reflecting a broader range of information and perspectives than a sportsbook’s internal models. Discrepancies may arise due to differing opinions on player form, potential injuries, or even external factors influencing the match. It's common to see prediction markets react more quickly to new information than sportsbooks, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities as the event approaches. Analyzing these differences can provide valuable insights into market sentiment.
