Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Core resolution logic:

• Map 1 Winner market resolves to the team that wins Map 1, or 50-50 if Map 1 is not completed or match is canceled/delayed beyond 7 days.
• Map 2 Winner market resolves to the team that wins Map 2, or 50-50 if Map 2 is not completed or match is canceled/delayed beyond 7 days.
• Match Winner (BO3) market resolves to the team that wins the series, or 50-50 if the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days without a winner determined.
• Games Total O/U 2.5 market resolves Over if 3 or more maps are played, Under if fewer than 3 maps are played, or 50-50 if the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days without completion.
• Map Handicap market resolves to Paper Rex if they win 2 or more maps than Team Secret, otherwise resolves to Team Secret, or 50-50 if the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days without completion.
• Kalshi market resolves Yes if either Team Secret or Paper Rex wins the match (both outcomes resolve Yes, making this a tautological market that always resolves Yes if the match is completed).

Edge cases & Clarifications:

• Forfeit, Disqualification, or Walkover: For Map 1/Map 2 and Match Winner markets: if the match begins but is not completed and one team wins by forfeit/disqualification/walkover, the Map markets resolve based on the completed map, but the Match Winner market resolves 50-50. For Games Total and Map Handicap markets: forfeit/disqualification/walkover during the match resolves 50-50, but if the clinching map is forfeited after match completion, it counts as a completed match.
• Delay Beyond 7 Days: If the match is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date (April 17, 2026) without play beginning, all markets resolve 50-50.
• Incomplete Map Resolution: If a map begins but is not completed for any reason (technical issues, disconnection, etc.), that map market resolves 50-50; however, if the map is concluded with a winner determined before the match ends, it resolves to the winner of that map.
• Team Name Discrepancies: Minor spelling variations, abbreviations, sponsor tags, or formatting differences in team names are treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly identified within VCT Pacific.
