Description

This market refers to the Valorant Round 6 match between QoR and Azure Dragon Gaming in the VCL North America: Stage 2 Group Stage, initially scheduled for April 21 at 4:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "QoR" if QoR win the match against Azure Dragon Gaming. This market will resolve to "Azure Dragon Gaming" if Azure Dragon Gaming win the match against QoR. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://vlr.gg. However, if https://vlr.gg has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All platforms apply identical resolution logic: markets resolve based on the match outcome as reported by vlr.gg, with consistent handling of cancellations, forfeits, and incomplete matches across Polymarket and Kalshi.

Primary resolution logic:

https://vlr.gg (official Valorant esports database); consensus of credible reporting with video evidence if vlr.gg does not publish results within 2 hours of match conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match Winner (Polymarket & Kalshi): Resolves to the team that wins the BO3 series. If match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days without a winner, resolves 50-50.
  • Games Total O/U 2.5 (Polymarket): Resolves Over if 3 or more maps are played; Under if fewer than 3 maps are played. Forfeited, disqualified, or walkover maps count if match is completed.
  • Map Handicap QoR (-1.5) (Polymarket): Resolves QoR if QoR wins 2 or more maps than Azure Dragon Gaming; otherwise resolves Azure Dragon Gaming. Forfeited or walkover maps count if match is completed.
  • Map 1 Winner (Polymarket): Resolves to the team winning Map 1 if completed; 50-50 if Map 1 is not completed or match is canceled.
  • Map 2 Winner (Polymarket): Resolves to the team winning Map 2 if completed; 50-50 if Map 2 is not completed or match is canceled.
  • Forfeit/Walkover Rule: If match begins but is not completed and one team wins by opponent forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, match winner resolves to the winning team. If match ends due to pre-match forfeit or walkover (team withdraws before start), all markets resolve 50-50.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Clinching Map Forfeiture: If the match ends due to the clinching map being forfeited, this counts as a completed match for Games Total and Map Handicap resolution purposes.
  • Team Name Discrepancies: Minor spelling variations, abbreviations, sponsor tags, or regional identifiers in team names are treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly identified within VCL North America: Stage 2.
  • Delay Beyond 7 Days: If the match is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date (April 21, 2026) without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication of match results by vlr.gg within 2 hours of match conclusion, or by consensus of credible reporting with video evidence if vlr.gg delays publication.
