This group covers a Valorant best-of-three match between JD Gaming and Any Questions Gaming in the China Evolution Series Act 3 Playoffs. Markets include overall match winner, individual map winners, total games played, map handicaps, and total rounds played on each map.
This market refers to the Valorant Quarterfinal 4 match between JD Gaming and Any Questions Gaming in the China Evolution Series Act 3 Playoffs, initially scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "JD Gaming" if JD Gaming win the match against Any Questions Gaming. This market will resolve to "Any Questions Gaming" if Any Questions Gaming win the match against JD Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before September 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of September 10, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://vlr.gg. However, if https://vlr.gg has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Predict, often reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, potentially offering a more accurate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or have limitations in their modeling, while prediction markets allow a diverse range of participants to express their beliefs. This market, for example, benefits from the combined insight of traders on both platforms. However, differences can occur due to varying liquidity, market participants, and information access. It's important to compare both sources when making informed decisions.
Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Prices on Polymarket and Predict can diverge due to several factors. Each platform attracts a different user base with varying levels of expertise and information. Trading volume also plays a role; lower volume on one platform can lead to greater price volatility. Additionally, the specific markets offered on each platform may differ, influencing price discovery. Currently, Polymarket currently favors Map 2 Rounds Handicap: Any Questions Gaming (-3.5) at 97, while Predict leans toward Valorant: JD Gaming vs Any Questions Gaming - Map 1 Winner, with no clear leading outcome. These discrepancies highlight the independent nature of price formation on each platform.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift prices in this market. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or potential roster changes for either JD Gaming or Any Questions Gaming could impact predictions. In-game performance during the series itself, such as early map wins or dominant individual performances, will likely cause significant price movement. Unexpected announcements from the tournament organizers or changes to the schedule could also affect trading volume and the perceived probabilities. Monitoring these signals can provide insights into how the market is reacting to new information.
