This market refers to the Valorant Upper bracket round 1 match between Dragon Ranger Gaming and Any Questions Gaming in the China Evolution Series Act 3 Playoffs, initially scheduled for September 6, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "Dragon Ranger Gaming" if Dragon Ranger Gaming win the match against Any Questions Gaming. This market will resolve to "Any Questions Gaming" if Any Questions Gaming win the match against Dragon Ranger Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of September 6, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://vlr.gg. However, if https://vlr.gg has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
If over 2.5 maps are played in the China Evolution Series Act 3 2026: Any Questions Gaming vs. Dragon Ranger Gaming Valorant match originally scheduled for Sep 6, 2026 at 7:00 AM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes.

Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Predict, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the mechanisms behind price discovery. Sportsbooks set odds based on their internal models and aim to balance their risk, while prediction markets rely on the wisdom of the crowd. This means prediction markets can sometimes incorporate information more quickly and accurately, especially when there's disagreement among experts. However, sportsbooks may offer different types of bets and have varying margins, impacting the comparison. The current volume on this market is $28,484.
Prices on Polymarket and Predict may diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has its own user base, trading rules, and fee structures, which can influence price discovery. Furthermore, the liquidity and volume on each platform can vary, leading to price discrepancies. Currently, Polymarket currently favors Games Total: O/U 2.5 at 97, while Predict leans toward Valorant: Dragon Ranger Gaming vs Any Questions Gaming - Map 1 Winner at n/a. These differences reflect the unique dynamics of each market and the information available to its traders.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift probabilities in this market. News regarding player form, team strategies, or any unexpected roster changes for Dragon Ranger Gaming or Any Questions Gaming would likely impact prices. In-game performance during the series, such as map picks and early round results, will also be significant catalysts. Major upsets in other matches within the playoffs could also indirectly affect sentiment and trading volume. Any new information related to the teams' preparation or potential advantages could move this market.
