This market refers to the Valorant match between Dplus and ARETE in the VCL Korea: Regular Season, initially scheduled for June 3 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Dplus" if Dplus win the match against ARETE. This market will resolve to "ARETE" if ARETE win the match against Dplus. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://vlr.gg. However, if https://vlr.gg has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
On Polymarket, the Dplus vs ARETE BO3 is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time implied probabilities for each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Prices adjust dynamically as liquidity flows in; larger trades move the price more sharply, while smaller orders cause minimal slippage. You can enter or exit positions at any time before Jun 3, 2026, and your position value updates continuously based on the current market price. Polymarket's transparent order history lets you see all trades, helping you gauge whether recent price movement reflects genuine conviction or thin liquidity.
The market resolves on Jun 3, 2026, after the BO3 match concludes. Resolution is determined by the official result of the Dplus vs ARETE series in VCL Korea Regular Season play. The outcome will be confirmed through the league's official broadcast, scoreboard, and announcements. Once the match is complete and the winner is verified, the market settles and traders receive payouts based on their positions. Any delays in official confirmation may extend the resolution window slightly, but the market will close and settle as soon as the authoritative result is available.
Key catalysts include roster changes or player substitutions announced by either team, recent scrim results or practice footage shared by insiders, injury or availability updates for star players, and VCL Korea standings shifts that affect playoff implications. Meta shifts in Valorant patches could favor one team's agent pool or playstyle over the other. Pre-match interviews, coach statements, or team form trends in prior league matches often move odds significantly. Live match events—early map wins, economy control, or momentum swings—will drive price movement during the BO3 itself. Monitor team social media and esports news outlets for breaking updates that traders react to instantly.
