Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a margin for profit, while this market allows traders to dynamically adjust probabilities based on new information and their own insights. If sportsbook odds heavily favor one team, but volume in this market suggests a more competitive outlook, it could indicate a disagreement between professional oddsmakers and the collective prediction of traders.
