Typically, prediction market odds offer a distinct perspective compared to traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks incorporate a profit margin into their odds, while this market aims to reflect the true probability of an outcome as assessed by traders. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in the participants evaluating the event. If significant differences exist, it may suggest that the market perceives a different likelihood of either player winning than what is reflected in conventional betting lines. Analyzing these differences can be valuable for informed decision-making.

On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now.
