Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven by traders directly expressing their beliefs. If prediction market odds significantly diverge from sportsbook lines, it may suggest that the market perceives a different probability of an outcome occurring. It’s important to compare both to form a well-rounded view of the potential result.
