Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 20, 2026, with postponement rules allowing continuation and cancellation rules resolving appropriately.
Primary resolution logic:
Official statistics from Lega Serie A (the Italian top-flight soccer governing body) or credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Lecce win market resolves YES if and only if US Lecce wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Fiorentina win market resolves YES if and only if ACF Fiorentina wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Draw market resolves YES if and only if the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Exactly one of the three markets will resolve YES (mutually exclusive outcomes).
Extra time and penalties are excluded from resolution scope; only regular 90 minutes plus stoppage time counts.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed and the official result is published.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the Lecce and Fiorentina win markets resolve NO, and the draw market resolves YES.
Resolution Source Timing: Primary resolution uses official Lega Serie A statistics. If official statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used instead.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by Lega Serie A or credible reporting consensus within 2 hours of match conclusion on April 20, 2026.
